The Ginzo Bamboo Whisk (Chasen) has been used for centuries to prepare matcha. Its prongs are uniquely designed to help blend the matcha powder, adding air, resulting in a creamy smooth finish. 

All our whisks are handmade in Japan with 100% Bamboo.
