Ginzo's Matcha strainer

The CHAKOSHI is our modern interpretation of the traditional matcha strainer — sleek, minimalist, and crafted from durable stainless steel with an ultra-fine mesh that refines your matcha to cloud-like perfection.

An essential tool for a smooth, lump-free bowl, it gently breaks up clumps and aerates the powder before whisking — enhancing the vibrant color, silky texture, and pure flavor in every sip.

Each strainer is paired with a custom-fit stainless steel resting cup, designed to keep your surface clean and your matcha safe — catching every grain and providing an elegant resting place between uses.

Finished with a subtle Ginzo engraving, the CHAKOSHI is more than a utensil — it’s a refined upgrade to your daily ritual, crafted for precision, purity, and effortless beauty.
